Predictive analytics
Demand forecasting, churn prediction, pricing optimisation. We train models on your historical transaction data and deploy them behind a REST API your existing systems can call. Typical accuracy improvements sit between 12% and 30% over rule-based baselines, measured on held-out test sets before go-live.
Natural-language processing
Document classification, entity extraction, chatbot back-ends. We fine-tune transformer models on your domain vocabulary so they understand your jargon from day one. A recent logistics client reduced manual ticket sorting from 4 hours a day to 25 minutes.
Computer vision
Quality inspection on production lines, aerial-image analysis, retail shelf monitoring. We deliver containerised inference services that run on-premise or in the cloud. Frame-level processing typically reaches 15–30 fps on standard GPU hardware, fast enough for real-time conveyor-belt checks.

Fourteen of those are still running three years later with no retraining, which tells you something about how we validate data quality before we start training.
Every engagement comes with a fixed-price quote. If the model does not meet the accuracy target we agreed in writing, you do not pay for the modelling phase. That risk sits with us, not with you.
Our team is based in Scotland. We work in your time zone, answer calls during UK business hours, and can visit your site when the project needs it. Remote collaboration is the default, but we are not on the other side of the planet.
